Due to road conditions deteriorating, we are switching to a synchronous E-Learning. For elementary, middle, and high school students the synchronous E-Learning day will start at 10 am to give teachers and staff an additional hour to adjust to online learning. We will finish an hour later as well.

INVestEd is at BHS this afternoon from 12:30 - 5 pm in the library. They are here to help Seniors setup their FSA ID and or file their FAFSA. Senior Parents are encouraged to come in for help In filing their portion of the FAFSA as well.

We will operate on a one hour delay schedule tomorrow, January 14. Many backroads have yet to be cleared and other roads may refreeze with low temperatures expected overnight. We want to allow buses and drivers to navigate the roads in daylight hours for safe travel. Thank you for your flexibility.

Bloomfield Schools will operate on a two hour delay tomorrow, January 13. While many roads are improving, some may refreeze overnight as temperatures drop. The delay allows sunlight to improve road conditions for safer travel for our buses and drivers. Thank you for your understanding and stay safe!

As the forecast continues to develop we are switching to a synchronous e-learning day tomorrow out of an abundance of caution. While the snow is predicted to come after school begins, we do not want to be sending students home on slick roads. Thank you for your support and understanding.

Bloomfield Schools will stay on time tomorrow. The forecast shows that light snow is expected near noon with accumulation happening in the afternoon and evening. We'll monitor conditions and if necessary, dismiss early. If weather worsens overnight, we may transition to e-learning. Updated messages will come as needed.

The road conditions have continued to improve and we are thankful for the road crews. As of right now, we are planning for a two hour delay but with dropping temperatures overnight may have to reconsider. Bus drivers may contact some families about alternative pickup options for certain areas.
